*We understand your desire to have questions answered between sessions and we're happy to do so. If your question can be answered at your appointment time, you can avoid this fee. As a means to determine the level of need please consider the following:

These areas are Emergencies. If you have a concern about these, call 911 or Crisis Services at 814.456.2014:

  • Threats of harm to self

  • Threats of harm to others

  • Imminent risk or threats of physical safety

  • Risks to our staff

These areas are Urgent. If you have a concern about these, you may contact us directly:

  • Determining imminent risk

  • Updating us with information AFTER you've phoned the Police or Crisis Services (child runaway, emergency hospitalization, child welfare issues)

These areas are NON-URGENT. We suggest you phone 814-835-3430 and leave a message for your counselor only:

  • Cancellations due to illness

  • Rescheduling

  • New client intakes

  • Questions on dealing with specific parenting issues

  • Other issues that do not risk physical or psychological harm

**We understand that you may desire our attendance at your court hearing. Doing so is both costly to you and creates a hardship for our other clients.  Most court related issues can be managed by a court report. When appropriate, please consider having your attorney request a court summary rather than a court appearance.
